Blogging All The Way To The Bank

Rob Benwell is the creator of this system. He seems to be a really great guy. The amount of information you get from this guys site for free is amazing. I personally feel like he's told me the whole system. Except for his what is it, 5 step sure fire ways to make money with blogging, but I ain't payin no 30 bucks for that.

With his system what you do is of course is start up a blog. The bad part is that you have to pay for it. You have to buy a domain name and pay for web hosting. Maybe I'm just cheap. Can anyone tell me what is so much better about paying for a blog site as opposed to just using this free blogging site. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Another aspect of his system is that he provides you with 30 blog posts. This is pretty great. I'm actually thinking of using them on my site. It's always good with fresh content hahahaha!!! But seriously folks, this feature makes it easy to have and manage several different blogs at the same time. If you are like me and actually write your blog your self (sucker) then your chances or should I say exposure is greatly reduced. Yeah yeah so you say but Bob you're the Idea Man, why don't you try that buying blog content thing? Well then I would say, it's just not my style!!! Anyway here's that link check it out for yourself!!! Here is a review I found on YouTube.

This is a web site that tells you everything you need to know about making money online. "WARNING" this is no get rich quick scheme. There is actual work associated with this program, and a whole lot of it. I've had the program for about a week now and have been reading my way through this thing. Everything that I have read about it has been positive. There is a section about making money with blogs that I am currently knee deep in. There is a section on writing articles for money. Among other things there is a complete internet money making system called iprofit which I have made a small attempt to figure out but I haven't gotten so far with yet. Talk about complicated!!! Or maybe just maybe I'm just an idiot. Anything is possible!! I read an article about some old lady that no experience of making money online that made 900 dollars in two days. I been doin it for a week and I got nothin!!!

If there is anyone out there that has any experience with this system and can help me out please comment me and let me know.

Just over the past few months i have been looking into opening a new business. Not my first but yet one of my better ideas was to open up a famous franchise restaurant. To my dismay i found that to open it I would need a ridiculous amount of start up cash!!! Unfortunately like many Americans my credit was not so good so going to the bank for the money was out of the question. So I started looking for other ways to get the money.

To my surprise there were a number of ready and willing investment firms on the Internet that were more than willing to ''give'' me the money. ''But'' and you knew there was going to be a big ''but''!! They wanted over a hundred dollars some sites wanted over two hundred dollars just to listen to my idea!!!! If I had any kind of savings I wouldn't be turning to them for the money. So I decided I would create this blog to help guys (and gals) like me who have a wealth of ideas but just no cash to get them started.

This guy is great!!!

Subway Update

Since you all are loyal and avid readers of my blog I'm sure you've read about my Subway venture. I thought it was a done deal, but yesterday I received a phone call from the guy that is trying to rent out the ''lokal''. It turns out that the guy that won the bidding war couldn't get the money from the bank. So I'm back in the game baby!!! I talked to the bank lady today, and although I can't say that it looks great for me, I can say that it doesn't look impossible!!!! (and that's good enough for me!!) You'll know more when I know more!!

Robert G. Allen Review

Robert G. Allen
Is Robert Allen a Real Estate Guru or Charlatan?

From Demir Barlas, for About.com

Who Is Robert Allen?

Robert Allen is a real estate investment guru whose name is ubiquitous, thanks to his books, seminar appearances, websites and flair for self-promotion. Allen is best known for his attention-grabbing claims about the infallibility of his method. He asserts, for example, that he can take people out of unemployment lines and make them successful real estate investors. He has also said that, with only $100 of spending money in his pocket, he can arrive in any city and immediately start buying properties with no money down.
https://paydotcom.com/r/48622/bobalichous/21988935/

The Robert Allen Method

Allen's real estate investment method boils down to three basic principles:

1. Identify distressed properties. Allen explains many ways to do this. He counsels real estate investors to seek out sellers who are so anxious to sell their properties that they will surrender their equity. He also suggests that investors immerse themselves in the foreclosure market in search of properties being sold for less than market value.

2. Employ creative financing to acquire these properties with no money down. The "nothing down" method might involve getting a bank loan, agreeing to offer other assets (cars, boats, etc.) in place of a down payment, borrowing down-payment money from a partner, obtaining seller financing and using other tactical methods that Allen details in his books and seminars.

3. Resell at a profit.

Allen devotes much of his energy to explaining how best to achieve the first two goals. Interestingly, he doesn't dwell as much on the third, as the tacit assumption in his method is that real estate will always sell at a profit.

Does It Really Work?

There is no question that the Allen method works. Buying properties on the cheap with other people's money and flipping them for a profit is, after all, a precise description of the approach used by great real estate investors, including $6 billion man Sam Zell. The real question is not whether Allen's method is sound but whether it is readily practicable by ordinary people in ordinary circumstances.

Allen's method was tailor-made for the booming real estate markets of the past two decades, when it was almost impossible not to make money in the field. The "nothing down" method was enabled by banks and other financial institutions that were eager to finance deals without even checking a borrower's paperwork, and there was always someone else willing to pay more for a recently purchased property.

The method is not calibrated to a real estate downturn such as the one that began in the US in the summer of 2005. In a downturn, the opportunities to buy distressed real estate increase, but the opportunities to do so with other people's money and to turn a quick flip decrease. In a downturn, the people who make money are those who have the liquidity, leverage and patience to buy properties and wait as long as a decade or more to profit from them. This is not achievable for the average personal investor, who must turn a quick profit to stay liquid and remain in the game, or otherwise keep tapping gullible banks, investors and partners for investment money.

Allen promises fast wealth (his books include The One Minute Millionaire). His method offers no special guidance to the long-term real estate investor, and he makes a number of assumptions about the availability of credit and the eagerness of speculators that are simply obsolete in the current market.

The Allen Marketing Machine

Contacting Allen is not hard. He runs several websites (including his flagship site, www.robertgallen.com) and regularly launches e-mail campaigns to draw new investors to his seminars. This frenzied marketing leads some people to take Allen less seriously as a real estate authority and to conclude that he is more of a professional self-promoter. Allen does not help his cause by making grandiose claims about his method; for example, one of Allen's marketing tags is that he creates "a lifetime of unlimited wealth" for his followers. Besides the obvious fact that there is no such thing as "unlimited wealth," Allen's marketing assertions are somewhat compromised by the fact that he filed for bankruptcy in 1996, and he does not appear on any list of America's wealthiest real estate investors.

The gist of the Allen method itself is easily gleaned from Allen's website and from online reviews of his seminars; investing thousands of dollars to learn more about it is unnecessary.

The SpiderwebMarketing System

Oh yes good old Internet marketing. This one really started it all for me in the way of trying to make money online. I really thought this one would be my cash cow!!! I can't even really say I know what went wrong. They said that it was completely ''free'' but as we all know nothing is ever really free!! The first expense came when you are told to ''BUY'' a domain name. It was only something like 8 bucks but still it ain't free. In their defense on the web site they say that it is not necessary to buy the domain name to make money but it was highly recommended. As far as I could understand it was a system where you get people to sign up on various free web sites and then receive a commission on it. I ''bought'' the website but only because it was free for the first 7 days. I figured if I could make some money in those 7 days then I would keep it, but I didn't make a dime.

Maybe I'm just too impatient. I set up all the websites they told me too. I followed every instruction (except the ones that costed me money) and still no cash flow. I was even given a bunch of e-mail addresses from I assume the guy that I was working under. If I would make money then so would he, so it was in his best interest to help me out. But still nothing! I watched a bunch of videos and read many testimonials, so I know there are people out there makin money on this thing but I sure didn't! I still have my account so if anyone wants to go and check it out and add themselves to my ''downline'' I sure would appreciate it. Here's the link theSpiderWebSystem.com/bobalichous or I guess you can just watch the video!!!

Sex Dreams!!

Ok ok take it easy get your minds out of the gutter! My idea is or was to start a super high class escort service FOR WOMEN. Thats right FOR WOMEN!! I am living in a small town only an hour outside of Stockholm, Sweden. The common thought is that the bigger the city the lonlier the people are that live there. Well in this country Stockholm is the biggest city, and if you've ever been to Scandinavia you know that the people here aren't exactly open here. So to meet someone after the age of 30 35 isn't the eaisiest thing to do.

As I've figured out since I've been here a career is prioritized much higher on the ladder than kids and a family, especially in the ''BIG CITY'' and especially for ''WOMEN'''

So my idea looks like this: Discrete as posible preferably a female secretary that answers all incoming phone calls to create a sort of calm in our female clients. All of our male escorts will be educated in various subjects. Massage, all styles of dance, and gormet cooking just to name a few. They will have the resorces to travel anywhere. Your order can and will be filled within a moments notice. Our clients will receive a sort of menu of men to choose from. Short - tall - big small - white - black you want it we got it at manligescort.se.

How did that sound??? I know it would work. There is a surplus of well paid lonley women in Stockholm. The only thing I haven't really figured out yet is how would we advertise???? Any Suggestions????

Here is a website that I found from the UK, I don't really know what do you ladies think, does it look like a classy place to you??? http://www.elegance4her.com/

Here you go something to laugh at!

T - Shirts and Skirts

Just a quick one this time. This idea hasn't come so far along ''yet'' but one business I always thought would work is a T- Shirt business. T-shirts are pretty cheap to buy and don't cost vey much to to put your own original designs on. But to open up a store just with t-shirts sounds pretty risky, thats why I added the skirts. Just to broaden my client base by more than 50%.

My sisters husband is a photographer. I had planned to go on to his web site and steal some of his stylish images and doctor them a little on photshop so that they were unrecognizable, and print them on some T-shirts but as of yesterday his website still isn't finished. I guess my millions will have wait......For now check out this one let me know what you think .... picture this on a T-shirt!!! (a little too abstract?)

When and if I ever do get this T-shirt company off the ground I'd better do it good cause I got some pretty stiff competition. Check out this website. http://www.shirtstore.se/ I don't know a whole lot about website building (thats why I'm writing a blogg) but this looks like a pretty good one, and the choices man do they got alot of T-shirts. Man this is startin to sound like a commercial for them. Maybe I should contact them and ask for some money for this advertisment. Look at that another Idea!!!!!

My Subway Franchise

Ok this was my latest attempt at my so called ''financial freedom''. My first move was to goto the Subway website, which wasn't so terribly difficult and then all i did was send an e-mail to them saying my name and where I live and all that good stuff. I thought it was a sign that this time things were going to go my way when the next day the Subway guy called me!!!!! It turns out that they too had the idea to open up a Subway in the neighborhood I live in. The Subway representitive lets call him ''Steve'' was on his way to my town the nex day to check out a ''lokal'' to rent out for Subway's next ''possible'' and best (because I would be running it) location.

I received a couple of e-mails containing some financial information about how much money I would have to make in order to ''break even''. But who the hell wants to just break even??? So I took the budget I got from the Subway guy to my teacher in the business school I attend and asked him to check it out. It turns out that if the things written on this buget were true I would be working my ass off for years before I would actually start making money!! Not to mention that the location that the Subway guy had picked out wasn't in such a good location and the rent was pretty high!!

I didn't give up yet. I thought that if I could find a better location then I would have a much better chance at succeding. There was one location that I knew would make me ''cash money'' It was right across the street from the most famous fast food place in the world (you know which one I mean) but the problem was that the space was already occupied by a video store!! This excited me, because as we all know with the downloading penomenon all video stores are on their last legs (just look at blockbuster) and this was no blockbuster. It was just a regular run at the mill mom and pop video store. So I took a chance and I went in and asked them point blank if they had any plans of moving out any time soon. And I'm so glad I did!! They said that they had just put it out on the market for rent the day before!!!

Wow what luck the location I wanted was now available, besides the fact that I didn't have a dime to my name and the Subway guy kept mentioning the fact that he wanted me to go and talk to the bank (probably because he didn't want to waste more time on me answering my many many questions if I couldn't get the cash) I was in business. Things were once again lookin up!! Then came the nail in my Subway coffin, a bidding war broke out on my perfectly located video store. The last I heard the price to have the priveledge to start paying the €2,000 a month rent was over €60,000. I still have not totally given up on my sandwich dreams but for now I'll have to put it on ice.

Maybe you could have better luck. It seems like a really good company to work with, and when and if I ever get the money to get it started I'm all over it!!! So here's the link http://www.subway.com/subwayroot/index.aspx check it out maybe it's something for you!
It costs about €100,000 to get it started if you can take a loan and got some people you can trust to run the place you wouldn't even have to work there yourself (that was my plan) and from there it on to buying your next location and then the next and the next and the....well you get the point!!

Here's a little somethin
